Carnival Cruise Line's new Carnival Horizon will sail a series of four-day cruises to Bermuda from the cruise port in Manhattan. Carnival Horizon comes to New York in spring 2018, part of the ship's inaugural season that also includes the ship's first voyages in Europe from Barcelona.
Carnival Horizon is a sister ship to Carnival Vista, which I sailed in late 2017. Horizon will look much like Vista, which has tons of cool things to do onboard.
Once Carnival Horizon arrives to the United States, it will sail spring and summer to Bermuda and then head to its homeport in Miami for cruises to the Caribbean.
The four-day "long weekend" Bermuda cruises will depart on Thursdays and feature a full-day visit to Bermuda where you can relax on the island's legendary pink beaches, enjoy snorkeling, kayaking and other water sports, as well as take excursions to historical landmarks such as the Royal Naval Dockyard and Gibb's Hill Lighthouse, the oldest cast iron lighthouse in the Western Hemisphere. There will be five four-day Bermuda cruises: departing May 24, June 21, July 19, August 16 and September 13, 2018.

Carnival also has revealed an awesome Alaska adventure lasting 14 days on Carnival Splendor. This is perfect, because if you're going to go to explore the Final Frontier, one week is not enough.
